ORIGIN
The studio began its journey in San Vicente del Raspeig in 1993, founded by Silverio Pastor.
From the beginning we combined the experience and keen eye in the quality work of Quantity Surveyor Eloy Pastor Torregrosa with new ways of understanding architecture and the incorporation of the latest technologies.
APPROACH
Our main goal is the succesful materialization of the client's functional and formal needs taken to the highest levels of excellence and quality.
We believe in durable and sustainable architecture, where each project is an opportunity to improve the lives of people and the environment surrounding us.
METODOLOGY
We focus on the project itself, from the initial proposals, making use of all digital media produced so the client can understand and approve every detail. The meticulous development of the construction stage allows the building process to be more fluid, with fewer unforeseen events and economic deviations.
We are especially involved during the construction phase, with intensive monitoring and special attention to detail, to achieve correct execution as the final objective of the entire process.
